I specifically wanted to make a shorter version of the same track, but I was also trying to lean more into the game soundtrack vibe, so I deliberately downscaled a lot of the music from my original version, and then mixed it to sound a bit less delicate, and a little more washed out.

If the original was like an open field, this would be more like an airport, still fairly big and open, but also enclosed, and a little more sterile… if that makes any sense.
